College Board Elections
Faculty
Under the College and Institutes Act, a faculty member is defined as:
"an instructor, librarian, tutor, counsellor, research associate, program coordinator or other employee of the institution that a collective agreement between the bargaining agents, as defined in section 1 of the Labour Relations Code, for the institution and faculty members specifies to be a faculty member."
- Faculty will elect one representative to the Board who will serve for a term of three years and may be elected to further terms.
- The faculty representative will be elected from the faculty at large.

Staff
Under the College and Institutes Act, support staff is defined as:
"the employees of the institution who are not the president, educational administrators or faculty members."
- Support staff will elect one representative to the Board who will serve for a term of three years and may be elected to further terms.
- The support staff representative will be elected from the support staff at large.
- Term commences on September 1.

Student
Under the College and Institutes Act, a student is defined as:
"a person the Registrar recognizes to be enrolled and in good standing in a course or program of studies at the institution"
- Students will elect two representatives to the Board who will serve for a term of one year and may be elected to further terms.
- The student representatives will be elected from the students at large.
- Term commences on September 1.
