175 additional domestic FTE:
- Some one-time only demand sections
- 60 FTE in new programs in: Teaching English as a Second Language (post-degree); Math/Science Teaching for Middle and Secondary School Teachers (post-degree); Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (post-degree)
- 40 - 80 additional international FTE
- Establish Program Development and Implementation Funding Envelope
Learner Pathways
- Become a receiving institution in the BC transfer system
- Implement SFU co-admissions in Arts, Humanities and Science
- Ensure transfer without loss of credit to SFU Science
- Improve transfer to UBC Commerce
- Develop first Foundation Year curriculum for a degree program
- Expand online and hybrid learning: Collaborative online degree in Criminology with TRU
- Enhance online academic advising and improve website infrastructure (content management system, course calendar)
Superior Teaching Quality
- Revise Nursing curriculum
- Replace collaborative Psychology degree with UFV
- Pilot video conferencing of courses between campuses
- Develop plan for research support and structures
- Continue implementing program reviews
Internationalization
- Expand recruitment of students from non-traditional sources
- Expand international partnerships
- Expand international opportunities for domestic students and faculty
Experiential Learning
- Inventory current activities

- Renovate New Westminster concourse
