When to apply

Applying early - why it's important

Applying early can make a difference. It allows time to ensure your application is complete and all documentation is received. And, some limited enrolment programs offer seats to qualified applicants well before the application deadline. So don't wait - apply now!

What is the first day you can apply?

You can generally apply up to a year in advance for the semester you want.

Semester    Opening Dates
Winter Semester: (Jan-Apr)  First Day Applications Accepted - January 1 (preceding year)
Summer Semester: (May-Aug)  First Day Applications Accepted - May 1 (preceding year)
Fall Semester: (Sept-Dec)  First Day Applications Accepted - September 1 (preceding year)
First Date for Grade 12 Students - Mid-October (preceding year)

Grade 12 students: different early application dates

If you are currently in Grade 12, you can apply as early as mid-October to start in the following September.
