NEW WESTMINSTER CAMPUS

All Presenters, Deans/Directors and Faculty will be seated together. As space is limited, only faculty that respond by January 31, 2012 will be guaranteed to be seated on stage and receive a gown.

If you are planning to join the procession please complete the on-line RSVP  

A black gown will be provided for all Directors, Deans, Faculty and Presenters. It is your responsibility to obtain your own hood. If you are unfamiliar with the process in obtaining one, I suggest that you contact the University you attended.

If you graduated from either Simon Fraser University or the University of British Columbia and wish to purchase your Academic Regalia, please contact Gaspard & Sons Ltd. at (204) 949-5712.

On graduation day please report to the:  

STUDIO THEATRE
Room 4140

No later than 9:45 a.m. for the morning ceremony,

and

No later than 1:45 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony,
