The Chris Johnson Fitness Centre located at NW campus room 1315 offers a state of the art facility that has an exciting and welcoming atmosphere for the novice and the most experienced fitness users. The Centre has expanded by over 500 square feet to give you more workout space! We've added flat screen tv's, more cardio equipment and a complete range of free weights to compliment any type of work out regime. With a convenient location and the best rates, why go anywhere else??
We have also added a second multi-purpose room for extra activities so if you want to challenge your friends to some table tennis, hit the speed bag for a quick workout or work on that dance routine we have plenty of space to accommodate you.
For those who enjoy our weekend events, we have replaced our gym bleachers with a more comfortable and automated bleacher system. If you haven't yet experienced a varsity athletic game here at the college check our Athletics page for game information. Go Royals!!!
