Laser Printer Toner

Do you need a new toner cartridge? Please return your used cartridge to room 3100 at the New Westminster campus or room B1250 at the David Lam campus, and we will be happy to give you a new one. For efficient service, please provide us with the printer model number.

Remark Classic OMR Exam and Survey Scanner

The General Purpose Answer Sheets #16504 compatible with the Remark Classic OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) Exam and Survey Scanner are available in Room 3100 at the New Westminster Campus and Room B1250 at the David Lam Campus.

The Remark Classic OMR Survey Scanner

The Remark Classic OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) Survey Scanner can be used to process survey data collected using the Pearson NCS Survey form #96451. You can pick up these survey sheets in Room 3100 at the New Westminster Campus and Room B1250 at the David Lam Campus.

Changing your printer cartridge

Important! Do you have toner tabs attached to your printer cartridge? Remove the tabs before installing the cartridge in the printer.

If the plastic tabs are not removed, they will melt in the printer. The printer will then require servicing from an external contractor, which could take a few days. Please refer to photos below to see how to pull out printer tabs.

These pictures illustrate a typical printer cartridge. They show two separate tabs that require removal. Your cartridge may be different. Please check for plastic tabs on the toner cartridge before installing it in a printer.

Overhead Projector Supplies

You can obtain overhead lamp bulbs and acetate rolls in room 3100 at the New Westminster campus and in room B1250 at the David Lam campus Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Volume Restrictions

• Employees are allowed no more then 14 acetate rolls at one time.
• Employees are allowed 2 overhead projector lamp bulbs at one time.
