What to expect on Day 1

First Steps

1. Retrieve Outlook login information:  Login information sent to myDouglas email account and GroupWise email account.

2. Outlook Web App (OWA): If you are off campus or not using a College computer.
 

3. Outlook Client: If you are on campus, using a College computer.

a. Log in to your computer.

b. Double click on the Outlook icon on your desktop.

c. Create an Outlook profile. Instruction for creating an Outlook profile.

8. Changing your password: Until mid May, Outlook passwords can be changed in NW1800 and DL B1250 or after 1 in one of our Outlook Drop-in sessions.
