Depending on which campus you work on, and how new your building/office is, you may have access to different telephone technologies. Most features will work very much the same way, with some enhanced options available on newer phones. All phones share a basic set of commands. For example, you have to dial "9" to get an outside line. All users are encouraged to use a dialing card to place personal long-distance calls.
