Other Program Clinical ID Badges

ECE and Health Care Support Worker programs also require Clinical ID Badges. Please make inquiries with your instructor about arranging an appointment for you with CEIT at either the David Lam or New West Campus. There is a $5.00 charge for the badge.

Lost or Stolen Clinical ID Badges

You are responsible for your Clinical ID Badge. Notify your instructors as soon as possible if you have lost your badge, so they can authorize CEIT staff to produce a replacement. Students will be charged $5.00 for a replacement badge. If you are not registered in the current semester, your clinical badge cannot be replaced.

Important: For the Clinical ID Badges mentioned above, you are required to produce both a valid Douglas College Student ID Card and valid government-issued photo identification. You name must also have been supplied to CEIT from a departmental assistant in your program.
