Media Conference
(During the Welcome Breakfast)

* CCAA policy A8, S10, 10.13:  Teams and/or team representatives, as per host?s request, are required to attend the media conference and/or any other tournament-related media events.  Failure to do so will result in a fine of $200 assessed to the offending team(s).

The Richmond Pro Badminton Centre will be the command centre for the media and championship results. Telephone, photocopies, and fax will be available. A results board will also be located at the venue.

The championships will be heavily promoted by various means. Tournament posters will be sent to all colleges, universities. Liaison with the BCCAA Sports Information Director will ensure a complete promotion of the championship will take place.

During the event, daily press releases will be sent to all media and posted on the Douglas College Athletics website (www.douglas.bc.ca/csrw/bccaa ). Scores and results will be posted on the website following each match.
