October, 2010 Transfer Credit Policy
This policy was approved in November 2009.

September, 2010 Withdrawals Policy
The name of the Policy was revised to Course and Status Changes
    - The major change was to the late registration period
    - Several other minor changes were made to provide greater clarity

June, 2010 Evaluation Policy
Revisions were made to the Final Exams section of the policy.

June, 2010 Admissions Policy
Revisions were made as follows:
     - Additional language to the section Policy Statement
     - New section titled Admission Decisions was added
     - Some language in Required Documentation section was omitted

 April, 2010 Credentials Awarded at Douglas College Policy
Revisions were made as follows:
     - Revised definition of Post Degree Diploma and renamed as Post Baccalaureate Diploma
     - New language in the definition of Bachelor's Degree to identify primary and secondary areas of focus
     - New section called Multiple Credentials to clarify how these can be earned
     - Revised language under Graduation Eligibility to reflect multiple credentials

 April, 2010 Adademic Performance Policy
Changes were made to the "Gold Cord" section of the policy.

March, 2010 Evaluation Policy
New language was added to the Class Attendance and Participation section of the policy.

May 25, 2009 Evaluation Policy
Education Council has approved a new Evaluation Policy effective immediately - May 19, 2009. The policy text on "Instructors Course Outline" has been revised. Please be sure to read the new policy carefully. It requires that instructors include new specific information on all class course outlines.

Policy Details:

1.  The policy includes all of the text currently included in the Examination Policy. Some of the text has been revised.
2.  The policy includes all of the text currently in the College calendar relating to evaluation. Some of the text has been revised.
3.  The policy now includes a section called "Instructors Course Outline" which was previously found in the Curriculum Development and Approval Policy (appendix).

March 17, 2008 Credentials Policy
Change to the graduation requirements for Bachelor's Degrees and the addition of a definition for 'Established' Program
