Employee Development: Alive and Well at Douglas College

Douglas College offers a diverse employee development program to its employees. Six different but interconnected planning groups develop professional development and training programs and services for the College employee group as a whole, as well as PD that is targeted toward specific groups. Together, these PD groups form the Employee Development Coordinating Committee. The diagram below outlines the current categories of, and sponsoring groups behind, Employee Development at the College.
