Now is a good time to start preparing for a management career, because the Baby Boomers will be retiring over the next 10 years.

The most important step in launching a Business career is hands-on work experience. At Douglas College, you can earn while you learn. Business Management students are encouraged to complete at least one Co-operative Education work term to gain work experience.
