Courses
Business Management Diploma and Certificate Program students take courses from a variety of business disciplines to gain a solid background in core business skills.
You'll have two options for your second year of the Diploma Program: General Business which gives you free rein to choose course of interest within the Business Department, or Business Administration, which focuses on management skills.
Courses provide many opportunities for you to learn by doing; projects and homework often involved research and work for real business.
Courses are open to students who are not enrolled in the Business Management Program, but you must have the required prerequisites as outlined in the Douglas College Calendar, which lists all courses offered by the Business Department.
See the program details and course descriptions in the Douglas College Calendar.
