Bail Supervisor

Some duties of the Bail Supervisor include:

• Meeting regularly with people released on bail
• Making sure that people on bail follow conditions ordered by the court
• Making sure that offenders appear in court when asked to
• Explaining legal terms and procedures
• Helping people obtain legal aid
• Referring people to agencies for help
