Court Administrator

Each court generally employs a court administrator who is responsible court operations including the appointment of staff and management of finances. Some duties of a court administrator may be:

  • Assisting the legal profession with courtroom procedure
  • Signing orders and judgments
  • Issuing summons
  • Verify copies of court proceedings
  • Receiving and recording documents filed in court
  • Collecting court costs
