Preferred applicants will meet the following criteria:

Masters degree in TESL, or an equivalent degree in a relevant area with TESL training from a recognized program
A minimum three years of ESL teaching experience, including two years in post-secondary ESL academic preparation courses (or equivalent)
Previous experience with assessment, curriculum development and evaluation
