Marketing is a fun, dynamic field that affects all aspects of a business. This is the philosophy of the Marketing Department at Douglas College, and it will serve you well as a student, and in your future marketing career.
Skills you can take to market
You'll learn to devise marketing strategies, design promotional campaigns, and use marketing techniques that incorporate the latest technology like direct and Internet marketing. You'll learn how to do market research and how to analyze and apply it. Most of all, you'll learn to think with the mind of a marketer.

They're all MBAs and they have extensive experience marketing on the front lines of business, which they bring to the classroom. They'll engage you in class discussion, simulations and projects that are relevant and connected to the real world. You'll learn by doing, in a friendly, close-knit environment.
