Concert Information

The Douglas College Music Department presents concerts of all descriptions, from classical recitals to jazz and world music. Evening performances include concerts by Douglas College performing ensembles, student recitals, guest artists, student composers and a variety of other events. Most concerts are held in the Laura C. Muir Performing Arts Theatre though College performing groups frequently perform at festivals and school concerts as well.

Evening Concert Series

All concerts begin at 7:30pm in the Laura C. Muir Performing Arts Theatre.

Arts at One

The popular Arts at One series is held most Thursdays during the semester, starting at 1:00pm. This series features professional musicians and outstanding Douglas College music students. For an up-to-date schedule of upcoming Arts at One concerts, please visit the Douglas Arts Events page.

The Arts at One is held in the Laura C. Muir Performing Arts Theatre and admission is always free. Please call 604-527-5723 for further information.
