The Psychology Society

The Douglas College Psychology Society is a faculty sponsored group of Douglas College students who share a common interest in psychology. The Psych Society meets regularly to plan events such as "meet and greets" and information nights about careers in psychology. Occasionally, we get together and just talk about cool psych related things. We are primarily self-funded, raising money through various means: perhaps you've seen us selling tasty baked goods on campus.

The Psychology Society is open to all students with an interest in the field. Whether you're a first year or fourth year, psych major or general studies, if you want to get involved, feel free to contact us or show up to a meeting.

If you would like to get onto our mailing list, all you have to do is join our group on myDouglas, it's as simple as searching "PSI: DC" and clicking join. Or, you can email us!

The current executive of the Douglas College Psychology Society consists of:

President: David Guedes
Vice President: Brittany Borean
Vice President: Logan Walden
Treasurer: Ryan Boyd
Executive Secretary: Tanja Maier
Fundraising/Social Coordinator: Danielle Goss
