Program options

Interdisciplinary: If you want maximum flexibility in your career direction, this option allows lots of choice over course selection.

Specialization in Kinesiology: If you are interested in the applied science of human movement, the body, or teaching it, this option will help you select courses to support this career direction.

Specialization in Health & Recreation: If you are interested in management, leadership, and programming related to health & recreation, this option will help prepare you for careers in this field.
