Time Committment

For most courses you will spend 4 hours per week in class. As a general rule, you should be spending one hour outside of class for every hour you spend in class, just preparing; however, this does not include the time required to study for exams, do research papers, and other assignments. One of the keys to being a successful student is learning to manage your time. Student Services offer a number of free workshops, including time management. Housing

There is no on-campus housing available at Douglas College. The Student Union maintains a housing board that advertises rental suites in municipalities surrounding the College.
