Returns/Refund Policy

Return Policy

Course Books & Coursepacks:

• RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE FIRST MONTH OF THE SEMESTER.
• During the first month of the semester, returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days of sales receipt date on new and used course books and coursepacks accompanied by the sales receipt. Materials must be presented in the same condition as purchased.
• Caution: Opening access codes, CD pouches, and packages marked "no return if unwrapped" can result in a return refusal.

General Books & Merchandise:

• Returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days with the sales receipt.

We regret we cannot accept returns on recordable media, testing materials, sealed merchandise (if opened), or calculators.

Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns on lab coats, lab goggles, dissecting kits and other lab instruments including stethoscopes and nursing kits.

In Order to Process a Refund We Require:

• The original sales receipt. Always keep your receipts!
• The item you are returning to be in the condition that you purchased it (i.e., no marks or damage, original packaging, no missing pieces, etc.)
• Bring it in within the time limit.
• Picture I.D. may be requested at the time of return.
