Admission Requirements

Applying for Co-op is as easy as 1, 2, 3, and 4! Your application will be approved if you complete this four-step process:

Step 1

Meet the following prerequisites:

• Have a Douglas College GPA of 2.33 (C+) or better;
• Completed 18 program-related credits;
• Registered in one of the following Douglas College diploma programs for a minimum of 9 credits for the semester when applying for Co-op: 
  • Accounting Management
  • Business Management
  • Computing Science and Information Systems
  • General Business
  • Marketing Management
  • University Transfer Arts
  • University Transfer Commerce
  • University Transfer Science
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Bachelor of Physical Education and Coaching

Step 2

Attend a mandatory information session.

Submit your application online by: date and time TBA

Step 4

Attend two mandatory prerequisite seminars (Resume/Cover Letter and Interview Skills).
