Volunteers needed for local event

Event Date(s): July 10, 2011 @ 10am-5pm
Classic cars, live entertainment and a whole lot more!
The Royal City Show and Shine is one of largest outdoor car shows in BC. Located on Columbia Street, New Westminster.
The Volunteers will be asked to arrive two hours before starting time (roughly 8am) to help set-up the event .Other responsibilties will include -Registration of cars/Providing information to both participants and vendors/ Working with BIA members to help organize car registrants/ Coordination of stage performances. Finally, volunteers will be asked to stay later ( 6pm) to help dismantle event/supplies.
-Volunteers will be provided with: food and drink, Show&Shine apparell, and event certification.

This is a terrific opportunity for BBA students, or if you are thinking of pursuing a BBA degree, planning to participate in the fall recruit: to learn about the process, network, and to understand the expectations that will be placed on them. February 23, 2011 Thank-you to all who attended our Bootcamp Event on Wednesday, Feb. 23rd. The comments from both the panelists and participants were very positive and all felt the event was beneficial. Team Co-op has gathered terrific feedback for future events.
