Room Bookings

All internal requests for room bookings at the College must be made in writing. Please provide the following information when requesting a room:

• date
• time and duration
• number of people attending
• audio/video equipment needs

All external groups/organizations requests for room/space at Douglas College on a week night or on the weekend must agree to the Douglas College Facilities Use Regulations, complete the Application to Use Douglas College Facilities, and fax it to the appropriate Campus (see Room Bookings Contacts listed below).

All external groups/organizations requests for the Laura C. Muir Performing Arts Theatre at the New Westminster Campus must agree to Laura C. Muir Theatre Regulations, complete the Laura C. Muir Applications Form, and fax it to the New Westminster Campus (see Room Bookings Contacts listed below).
