Payment options
Please pay all fees to Douglas College in Canadian funds:
- Canadian dollar cheque (from a Canadian bank)
- International bank draft or money order
- Canadian dollar travelers cheques
- Credit cards (VISA or Master Card) using this third-party form (pdf)
- Bank debit card (in-person payment only)

Refunds
First-semester
| a. | Withdraw a minimum of 5 (five) business days (Monday to Friday) prior to the first day of a semester will receive a 50% refund of tuition fees. Notification of withdrawal must be submitted in writing with your signature (letter or fax only - no email) to the Centre for International Education (1) 604-527-5516. |
| b. | Withdraw less than 5 (five) business days (Monday to Friday) before start of semester no refund. |
| c. | Withdraw completely because of extraordinary reasons may submit an explanation with proof to the Office of the Registrar for consideration of a full refund (less a $250.00 CAD administration fee, effective Winter 2012). Student will be required to submit documentation to support claim. Students should contact the Centre for International Education for assistance in this matter. |
| d. | Withdraw from some, but not all, courses either prior to the start of a semester or after the start of the semester will receive no refund, as the tuition fees for the first 12 credits are non-refundable. |
| e. | Make course changes (drops/adds during Week One of the semester will be subject to additional fees). |
Students may be able to defer (move tuition to the next semester) their first semester due to circumstances. They should submit an explanation with proof to Douglas College International for assistance and consideration.
