There are two options for PLAR at Douglas College: PLAR for credit and PLAR for licence or field recognition (non-credit). PLAR for credit may provide course credit in specific College programs. PLAR for licence or field recognition provides formal recognition of PLAR in a field of practice, such as early childhood education or sign language interpretation.
