Program details
This 50 hour course is based on the New BC Electrical Code Regulation 2012 (22nd Edition) and includes the changes to the 2012 BC Code. The course is designed for Electricians, Apprentices, Technologists, Technicians, and Electrical Contractors planning to upgrade their knowledge of the Code. This course is also for those planning to write the Field Safety Representative A, B or C Exams. Instruction covers all sections of the Code, Amendments, Directives, Bulletins, Acts and Regulations. A certificate will be issued upon successful completion. Course and instructor are recognized by the BC Safety Authority. About the instructor
David Hansen is an Electrical Safety Authority recognized Instructor with over 25 years experience in teaching. He has been working for the City of Surrey as an Electrical Safety Officer for over 25 years. David’s extensive knowledge and experience in the electrical field has made him highly regarded by all his students.
